I was really surprised by this product. I have used a 'traditional' kind of laptop bag for years now. But got sick of carrying it and it never had much room. This bag holds all the normal laptop paraphanialia superbly and with it's internal pockets to hold mice, phone cables, MP3's ect ect The overall quality of stitching and zips ect looks to be fine. The compartment that actually holds the laptop it's self... At first i thought that my laptop would never fit in there! But it does, very well and holds the computer snugly and securly.
 

I've found this backpack of high-quality, very usable, and comfortable. It has a ton of space and rides very comfortably on my back, thanks to the adjustable lumbar support panel. And I've even found out the bag's design is so comfortable and wearer friendly that it's been endorsed by the American Chiropractic Association!! However it's not the best looking backpack around, but that doesn't bother me so much.
