Aesthetics wise, this camera has a flexible cable design, 37cm long, for easy height and angle positioning, as well as a handy built-in LED indicator so you know when the camera is on or off, possibly keeping you out of embarrassing situations.
Technology wise, the IceCam has a 100K pixels CMOS sensor with an effective resolution of up to 352x288 and a frame rate of up to 30 frames per second. Little extras that pack a big punch include an adjustable focus from 20cm to infinity and an auto white balance and exposure control.

Everything is great about this item except the picture, which is good enough if you're simply seeking an entry level camera.

This webcam was easy to install and use. The picture is not the greatest, but for the price it is amazing. I have had no problems with the cam crashing Yahoo Messenger, running with MacOSX 10.4.8 on an PowerBook 1.5 GHz G4 with 512MB RAM.
The controls are easy to use, but you have to scroll down to find them. It might be nice in the future to have a separate window available to change exposure, frames per second, etc.
Normally, I'd give it a 3. But I'll say it again, YOU CAN"T BEAT THE PRICE. For that, it gets an extra star from 3 to 4.
