I bought this bag last summer, but have been terribly dissappointed by the poor quality: 1) Both shoulder straps have torn almost completely off the body off the bag. I was shocked to see that this had not been cross stiched as one would normally expect on a bag of this price. 2) The velcro used to close the laptop compartment has a tendency to attached to other parts of the insides of the bag resulting in fibres being torn off. If you want a bag that lasts for over an year I would look for something else!

	Appears good quality. Like the look. Well thought out - suitable compartments for other items such as MP3 players and mobile phones. Even has an exterior drinks pocket. Only negative point was that it is slightly more expensive than I would have liked to pay

	I love the styling, padding and comfort. My computer is snug and protected. There is also space for a large camer (dSLR), phones iPods, disks etc. Also, I don't see many of these in the US, so it is not a run of the mill, cookie cutter backpack.

	I love this bag more than my new laptop. It is so comfortable to carry and you know that your laptop is safe in there. I also love the fact that there are plenty of space for other things to go in there like books etc. Nice designed compartments. I especially like the CD holder attached to the front pocket. Very handy.
